All our beef is 100% Texas Wagyu sourced locally from Rosewood Ranches who are family owned, committed to raising cattle naturally and have been doing so for over 100 years! We support local businesses from our cakes to our cattle!

24oz cut of Rosewood Ranch 100% Texas Wagyu Tri Tip accompanied by a side rustic roasted potatoes and crispy brussels. Served with chimichurri sauce on the side.
